Our rigid sign substrates are made from a range of materials to suit your customers' varying needs. We have rigid signs that are great for both indoor and outdoor use. They'll stick to almost any surface, including glass, concrete block, and even flooring.

All our signs are printed in high-resolution and full, vivid, non-fading color from your custom designs. Simply send us a PDF with your design and let us do the rest! Most of our signs are also available with your choice of square or rounded corners.

Optional standoff hardware will let your customers use single-sided signs in a variety of wall-mounted applications. Rigid, double-sided signs can be used in display stands or hung from ceiling hooks. Most display stands can hold our various 3mm thick sign substrates.

Our rigid substrate options:

• 1/4" Clear Acrylic
  1/4" clear acrylic makes a great background for your custom design work, and can be used for both interior and exterior applications. Printed second surface (rear print) in full-color, high-resolution to make your message really pop.
• 1/4" White Acrylic
  1/4” white acrylic makes an exceptional background for your custom design work. Adaptable for both interior and exterior applications, there is also optional double sided printing available for mounting artwork in a display stand or for hanging from hooks.
• 3/16" Clear Acrylic
  3/16" clear acrylic is ideal for both indoor and outdoor signs. Print second surface on clear acrylic with a white flood to make the colors pop.
• 3/16" White Acrylic
  3/16" white acrylic is ideal for both indoor and outdoor signs. The white background makes your color graphics stand out.
• Aluminum Signs
  Aluminum signs are perfect for indoor or outdoor applications. They're rust-proof and durable enough to withstand the elements for at least 5 years! We use heavy gauge .040 aluminum that lets your customers put up their new signs and forget them. They're available in signs up to 4' x 8'!
• Bubble X
  Bubble X is an effective, yet economical way to get your message out there. It is perfect for small yard sale signs, campaign signs, wayfinding, and many other applications.
• Bulldog Board Indoor - 3mm C2S
  3mm C2S Bulldog Board Indoor signs are completely recyclable with outstanding quality for short term use. Fabricated from 100% virgin fibers with triple coating on both sides, these signs provide superior rigidity and excellent cutting results.
• Coroplast - 4mm
  Coroplast (4mm) is an economical choice for customers who need a lot of signs! They're perfect for wayfinding, campaign signs, estate sale signage, etc. This material isn't limited to just small signs, either. We can also use it for signs up to 5' x 10'!
• Coroplast - 10mm
  Coroplast (10mm) is the burly brother to the sign substrate above. Think heavy-duty signs up to 4' x 8'!
• Foam Core
  Foam core signs are lightweight and inexpensive. They're perfect easel signs and useful for many other indoor wall applications.
• Foam PVC - 3mm
  Foam PVC (3mm) is resistant to both water and UV rays, making it a good choice for short-term outdoor applications. It will last even longer indoors! It works great for message boards, site maps, etc.
• Foam PVC - 6mm
  Foam PVC (6mm) is a thicker version of the 3mm foam PVC sign substrate above. If you’re looking for more durability, choose the 6mm PVC substrate.
• Gatorplast - 3/16" White
  White Gatorplast (3/16") is a lightweight but sturdy extruded and laminated polystyrene. It weighs so little that it can even be mounted with double-sided tape!
• Gatorplast - 1/2" White
  White Gatorplast (1/2") can be framed for wall-mounting or used on easels. Both thicknesses of Gatorplast are great for point-of-purchase displays, presentation boards, etc.
• Max Metal - 3mm
  Max Metal (3mm) is made by bonding aluminum sheets to both sides of a solid polystyrene core. This makes for a waterproof, extremely durable, UV-safe sign. All of that and it still fits in most display stands!
• Max Metal - 6mm
  Max Metal (6mm) is extremely durable and long-lasting, both inside and outside. And it still fits in most display stands!
• Multishield
  Offering remarkable strength and rigidity, Multishield can be used in a wide variety of applications such as hoarding panels, outdoor advertising, interior panels & decoration, direct UV & screen printing, transport and whiteboards.
• Polycarbonate
  Exceptionally stronger and lighter than standard acrylic, polycarbonate is also considerably durable and weather proof.
• Styrene
  Styrene signs are available in a range of thicknesses and are ideal for outdoor signs.
